In celebration of Soest’s 1000-year anniversary in 2028, Lions Club Eemland, Stokerij Soestdijk, local farmer Pieter Kuijer, and historic windmill De Windhond have joined forces for a unique community project: the production of 1,000 numbered bottles of locally crafted whisky. All proceeds will be donated to charity.
