In celebration of Soest’s 1000-year anniversary in 2028, Lions Club Eemland, Stokerij Soestdijk, local farmer Pieter Kuijer, and historic windmill De Windhond have joined forces for a unique community project: the production of 1,000 numbered bottles of locally crafted whisky. All proceeds will be donated to charity.

Made Only with Natural Lemon Peel Oils, Pure Alcohol, Sugar, and Water This limoncello contains nothing but essential oils from lemon peels, pure alcohol, sugar, and water. The result: a fresh, full-bodied, and refined citrus liqueur.
