We aim to inspire everyone to savor a special, sustainable drink. The genever, gin, and liqueurs from Stokerij Soestdijk are uniquely crafted with exceptional flavors we take great pride in. We believe there’s a perfect local drink for everyone to enjoy.


Jenever as it is meant to be

Many of today’s genevers are made using neutral alcohol with a dash of malt wine added. To mask the harshness of the alcohol, a generous amount of sugar is often thrown in. At Stokerij Soestdijk, we return to the traditional way of making genever—based on malt wine and botanicals. We distill our own malt wine, which is then passed through the alembic twice, resulting in a beautifully smooth genever.

Organic or local ingredients

We distill with organic ingredients because we believe it’s better for our spirits, our agriculture, and all of us. For example, the rye for our rye genever comes from the Soester Eng. Additionally, we craft our seasonal specials using foraged fruits and nuts.
